Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)
4 eggs
1 level tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into tube pan and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0 or until done.
