Special Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Crush wafers and add just enough melted butter to hold together.
    Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Combine cream cheese, milk and lemon juice.
    Beat until smooth. Whip the whipping cream until it makes soft peaks.
    Fold into the cheese mixture.
    Pour into the prepared crust.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
    Top with your favorite fruit. Serve chilled.
