Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (115~)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. canola oil
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    5 to 8 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water, add rest of ingredients and mix until dough makes a ball.
    Knead lightly until smooth.
    Pinch off dough into little balls to make biscuits.
    Place in iron skillet with a little oil in bottom, turn dough once to have oily side up.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    This dough will keep in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
