El Paso Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sour cream
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. cream-style corn
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies or jalapenos
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in a well-greased Bundt cake pan or large well greased iron skillet.
In a Bundt pan, bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
In an iron skillet, bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serves about 12.
