Glazed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
2/3 c. apricot preserves
1/2 c. water
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 large red or green bell peppers, sliced
hot cooked rice
Preparation

In a small bowl, thoroughly combine onion soup mix, preserves and water.
Set aside.
Take an aluminum foil-lined broiler pan and arrange chicken breasts and the peppers and pour soup mixture over top.
Broil 10 minutes or until chicken is done, turning one time.
Serve over hot rice.
Makes about 4 servings.
