Spicy Enchiladas(Easy And Fun! These Taste Great And Are Low-Fat!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 (16 oz.) can fat-free refried beans
    1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can no-salt added tomato sauce
    8 (8-inch) flour tortillas (corn or wheat)
    3 oz. shredded low-fat or no-fat Cheddar cheese (3/4 c.)
    Land O Lakes nonfat sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray. Also spray large skillet.
    Heat and add bell peppers, onion and cilantro.
    Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in beans.
