Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 3/4 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and shredded on slaw cutter
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix butter, oil, sugar and eggs; beat until fluffy.
    Add sour cream, vanilla and zucchini; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients; mix good with electric mixer.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
