Shrimp Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. twisted pasta
2 c. zucchini, sliced thin
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. green beans
1 lb. shrimp
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian dressing
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. Italian dressing
Preparation

Cook pasta and drain.
Saute zucchini until lightly brown. Add mushrooms and beans.
Cover and cook 3 minutes.
Saute onion. Remove vegetables.
Add shrimp, sauteed onion, lemon juice, salt and seasoning.
Add pasta and dressing.
Toss gently and refrigerate until chilled.
