Dorothy'S Potatoes And Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 can red kidney beans
6 medium potatoes, cut in small chunks
oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a pot, saute the onions and celery in a small amount of oil. Add seasonings.
Simmer 5 minutes. Add raw potatoes.
Add enough water to cover potatoes.
Cover and boil until potatoes are tender. Drain beans and add to pot. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
(If too dry, add juice from beans.)
