Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. hot water
    4 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cinnamon
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water in small bowl.
    In large bowl combine 1/4 cup sugar, oil and hot water.
    Add 1/2 cup flour and egg.
    Mix in yeast mixture and enough self-rising flour (about 4 cups) to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on floured surface and let rest 10 to 15 minutes.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Put into oiled bowl and turn over so top is oiled.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Turn out on floured surface, knead until smooth and roll out very thin.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Spread cinnamon mixture on dough.
    Take oleo, pinch in small pieces and spread over sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Roll into a tight tube.
    Cut crossways into 1/2-inch slices and place cut side up in an oiled pan.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven until brown. Glaze with powdered sugar glaze while still warm.
