Cold Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped fine
    1 c. cream
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg yolk, beaten lightly
    1/2 c. strong vinegar
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except cabbage and vinegar in pan.
    When boiled, add vinegar.
    Stir well and pour over the cabbage.
