Elberta'S Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. flour
    6 eggs
    1 box coconut
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 box seedless raisins
    1 c. nuts
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat egg yolks; add raisins, nuts and coconut.
    Add milk and flour, which have been sifted with spices and salt.
    Beat egg whites; fold into mixture and bake in 4 layers at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
