Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Ritz crackers
    10 oz. grated Muenster cheese
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thaw and squeeze dry in towel
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. mustard (Dijon)
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 cloves garlic, chopped (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan make 3 to 4 rows of Ritz.
    Combine spinach and cheese.
    Sprinkle over Ritz.
    In bowl mix all other ingredients.
    Pour over crackers.
    Crush 5 to 6 Ritz and sprinkle over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
