Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (1.5 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin seed
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan over low heat, combine all ingredients until well blended.
    Heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
