Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 chopped scallions
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    1 egg
    1 container brown gravy
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Shape into oval patties.
    Cook in pan until brown through.
    Add gravy, water and mushrooms.
    Simmer 5 minutes or so.
