Ham And Cheese Power Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes O'Brien
    6 oz. fully cooked turkey ham, cubed
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese (about 1 c.)
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. plain non-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    apple slices
Preparation
    Combine potatoes with turkey ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, salt and pepper. Spread evenly in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and center is firm.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting in serving squares. Garnish with apple slices and serve immediately.
    Makes 12 servings.
