Grand Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3 slices bread, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
    1 chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved
    pepper to taste
    1 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chili sauce (may substitute tomato sauce).
    Shape into loaf.
    Pour chili sauce over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Good hot or cold.
    Makes good sandwiches.
