Ham And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self rising flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. finely chopped, fully cooked ham
    1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
    Combine milk and mayonnaise; stir in ham and cheese.
    Add this mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
    Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes. Yields 1 dozen.
