Artichoke-Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 chopped pepper
    2 green onions
    8 green olives, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, drain liquid, save and refrigerate
Preparation
    Cook and cool rice and chicken broth.
    Mix all ingredients with rice except artichoke liquid.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Mix artichoke liquid, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 teaspoon curry powder.
    Refrigerate overnight, then mix with rice.
