Chocolate Cake And Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Stir in boiling water; batter will be very thin.
    Pour into greased 2 (9-inch) layer pans, 3 (8-inch) layer pans or 1 (13 x 9-inch) sheet cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 if using glass pans) for 30 to 35 minutes for layers; bake 35 to 40 minutes for sheet cake.
