Cheesy Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. chopped red or green peppers
    2 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled*
    1 Tbsp. green onion
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Prepare pan for deep frying.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out centers of potatoes, leaving 1/4 inch shell.
    Fry shells a few at a time at medium heat, 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Drain.
    Place shells on cookie sheet.
    Top with Velveeta cheese; broil until the cheese begins to melt.
    Remove from oven and top with remaining ingredients.
