Fancy Fancy Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 franks
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) French fried onions
    1 (16 oz.) frozen hash browns
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice franks lengthwise.
    Crumble onion.
    Add potatoes, butter and seasonings in baking dish and blend.
    Add soup and milk mixed together.
    Pour 3/4 over potatoes and blend.
    Arrange franks on top.
    Sprinkle with onions and remaining soup.
    Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
