Ingredients

1 double crust pie shell
1 can cream-style corn
4 to 6 oz. Cheddar cheese (to taste)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat corn, pepper and cheese until cheese is melted; stir in cornstarch.
Pour into pie shell; top with crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let sit about 5 minutes before serving.
