Peanut Butter Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn, pop it
    1 1/2 almonds, peanuts, cashews or mixed nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 light corn syrup
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large roasting pan, mix popcorn and nuts.
    Keep warm in 250\u00b0 oven.
    Butter sides of 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
    Combine sugar, honey and corn syrup in pan.
    Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
    Boil hard for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn and nuts stirring to coat.
    Cool. Break into small pieces.
    Makes 3 quarts but won't last long!
