Orange Breakfast Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
grated rind of 1 orange
1 (12 oz.) can buttermilk biscuits
1/3 c. oleo, melted
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Combine sugar and orange rind.
Separate biscuits; dip into oleo.
Coat with sugar.
Arrange in round cake pan or pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Invert on platter.
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add orange juice.
Spoon over top of ring while warm.
