Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, diced
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. butter
    6 to 7 stalks diced celery
    1 to 2 c. milk
    4 diced hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and celery with just enough water to cover until soft.
    Pour off excess water and add rest of ingredients. Heat until butter is melted.
