Fudge Crme De Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 c. milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in the blender. Scald the milk just to the boiling point. Add to the mixture, blending for 1 minute. Pour immediately into 4 sherbet glasses and refrigerate. Top with whipped cream and serve the same day.
