Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida brand)
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream (1/3 less fat is good)
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped (fine)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Defrost potatoes enough to break apart. Mix all ingredients and place in large casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until heated through.
