Cheese And Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 16 oz. can Pineapple Chunks
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1/3 c. Sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. Flour
1 Egg
1 tsp. Cider Vinegar
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple and add 1/4 as much water as you have juice.
Set aside.
Mix sugar and flour.
Beat egg and add to flour mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Add juice, water and vinegar. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Cool, but pour over cheese and pineapple while still warm.
