Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. black walnuts
Preparation
    Mix apples and sugar; let stand for 1 hour, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
