Tuna Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until barely tender; drain.
    Add onion, tuna, salt, pepper, soup and milk.
    Heat to boiling.
    Meanwhile, prepare cornbread as directed on package. Pour hot tuna mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cornbread batter and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 until top is golden brown.
    Serves 6.
