Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla, plus a drop of almond extract
    1 pkg. (2) frozen pie shells
Preparation
    Stir 2 tablespoons flour into the sugar.
    Cream in butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each time.
    Add buttermilk, vanilla, almond extract and salt; mix well.
    Pour into 2 pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Good served warm or cold.
    Can be frozen.
