Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 lb. can sweet potatoes
    4 eggs, 1 at a time
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon and allspice
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Mix together first 2 ingredients, then add rest of ingredients; mix well with spoon.
    Fill floured and greased 1-pound coffee cans 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
