Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. water chestnuts
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. uncooked green peas
    1 cucumber, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Bring water and dressing to a boil.
    Add rice and cover.
    Let set until cool.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Serves 8.
