Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg on top to taste
Preparation
    Use unbaked deep dish crust.
    Scald butter and milk.
    Beat eggs and add sugar to eggs.
    Add vanilla and milk last.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
