Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. canola oil, divided
    2 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 small onion, cut into wedges
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips. Place in a reclosable plastic bag. Add cornstarch and toss to coat. Combine soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder; add to bag and shake well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
