Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bunch green onions (I use less)
    1 celery heart, chopped
    3 lb. shrimp, boiled, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine (add 1 c. of hot tap water to gelatine)
    2 c. mayonnaise
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    2 dashes Lea & Perrins
    dash of salt
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine soup and cream cheese on low heat until smooth; add green onions, celery, shrimp, mayonnaise and seasoning.
    Dissolve gelatine and add to mixture.
    Pour into mold; let stand 24 hours before serving.
    Serve with crackers.
