Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    juice of 2 small lemons
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and butter.
    Add egg yolks and lemon juice. Then add milk and lastly stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake on single crust at 350\u00b0 until brown on top (approximately 1 hour).
