Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
12 graham crackers
1 c. pecans, chopped
Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix baking powder and sugar.
Beat egg whites.
Gradually add sugar mixture and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Crush graham crackers into crumbs and mix with chopped pecans.
Fold into the egg whites.
Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle with additional pecans, finely chopped.
