Baked Sausage And Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage (mild), casing removed
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. mostaccioli, cooked and drained
    8 oz. Mozzarella
    4 oz. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Add mushrooms, garlic and sauce.
    Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add pasta to sauce mixture and mix well.
    Spoon 1/2 of mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with 1/2 of Mozzarella and 1/2 of Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
