Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 cans chunk chicken, drained
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small can black olives
    onion, chopped to taste
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 small box Minute rice
    1 bag (2 c.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fix rice as box says.
    While rice is cooking, mix taco mix, Ro-Tel tomatoes, olives, onion, mushrooms, soup and chicken, drained.
    Mix well.
    Add rice and mix.
    Spread in dish and put cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes (or until fully heated and cheese is melted).
