"Hot" Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can sliced black olives
12 oz. tomato paste
2 cans tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. beer
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 cans kidney or black beans
6 Tbsp. chili powder or less
1 1/2 tsp. green chiles
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation

Simmer the first 8 ingredients for 20 minutes to make stock. May need to add some chicken bouillon (5 teaspoons).
Drain, cool and skim fat.
Reduce stock to 3 cups; remove carcus.
