Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans corn (1 cream and 1 whole kernel)
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk, scalded
4 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
14 Ritz crackers, crumbled fine
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Stir into corn.
Mix hot milk, butter and eggs.
Add to corn.
Grease a baking dish.
Put all in and then spread cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
