Dilly Salmon Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 1/2 or 7 3/4 oz.) can Alaska salmon
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1/4 c. finely minced celery
1/4 c. finely shredded fresh spinach
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce

assorted crackers or fresh vegetables
Preparation

Drain salmon, reserving liquid; flake.
Soften gelatin in reserved salmon liquid.
Stir in chicken broth.
Heat to dissolve gelatin completely.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
