Garlic Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. pork, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. crushed garlic
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
water (to cover meat)
Preparation

Cut meat into 1/2-inch squares.
In a big bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, pepper and brown sugar.
Add meat.
Add enough water to cover meat.
Marinate 2 hours or more.
Mix flour and cornstarch. Dip drained meat pieces in mixture.
Deep-fry until meat floats. The longer it marinates the better the meat tastes.
Serves 4 people.
Preparation time:
2 1/2 hours.
