Easy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. (heaping) mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    extra flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix first three ingredients well. Turn out on floured surface. Fold so that all sides are covered with flour. Roll out or pat dough to desired thickness (approx. 1/4 inch). Place 2 tablespoons oil in iron skillet. Cut out biscuits and place in skillet. Cover tops with remaining oil. Bake until golden brown.
