Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 flour tortillas
1/3 c. light cream (half and half)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. salsa (thick 'n chunky)
1 c. dairy sour cream
salt to taste
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Make filling by sauteing onion in butter; add chicken. Combine 1 cup salsa and tomato sauce.
Add to chicken.
Add sour cream and salt.
Dip tortillas in milk.
Spread filling on tortillas and roll.
Place seam side down on baking dish; pour remaining cream over and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 or 25 minutes.
