Ingredients

2 c. butter, softened
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. crushed potato chips
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat butter until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour, sugar and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
Blend in chips.
Drop by teaspoon and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and transfer to rack to cool completely.
Yields 14 dozen.
