Blackberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for double crust 9-inch pie
    4 c. fresh blackberries
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with half of pastry; set aside. Combine berries, sugar, flour, lemon juice and salt in a bowl; toss well.
    Spoon berry mixture into pastry lined pie plate.
    Dot mixture with butter.
    Roll out remaining pastry to 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 10 (10 x 1/2-inch) strips.
    Arrange strips in lattice design over pie and trim edges; seal and flute.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
