Potatoes Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. diced onion or 1 Tbsp. onion powder
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. crushed potato chips (optional)
Preparation
    Defrost hash browns.
    Mix all ingredients with the 1/2 cup milk.
    Put in a
    9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
